Game locks up when activating RTV #8

Sven Co-op locks up when I type in "rtv" into the chat. I'm trying to run it as a test before I fire up my server, and all of my attempts end up with the same outcome.

I'm running Windows 10. No crash dumps AFAIK. AngelScript log: https://pastebin.com/7rTbHE57

Just wanted to note that I did take off BlackMesaEPF, IceStormX, and ShockRaid_Jungle from the cfg and txt files, and then dumped the names into the hidden_nom_maps.txt file. Still locks up when I put in "rtv" into the chat.

Hello, i suggest to use this version of rtv since this one is kinda bug sometimes and crash. But if you want to use this, i make a bug & fixes. Just make sure that you can't make a rtv if two (or more) persons nominate maps, it's a 100% crash server.
