Could we have the way to make "overviews" files by using the BSPGuy? #115

As the title goes, maybe we can invent or let the author invent the option to make "overviews" files from GoldSrc games like Half-Life or Counter-Strike so that we don't need to launch games to do that tedious work.

Hello there. I guess we can have the function to make files for the "overviews" file to liberate from actually launching the GoldSrc games, as the original steps to make files for the "overviews" file are too complicated. @UnrealKaraulov

This is something I want for a mod I'm working on, so most likely sooner than never. Lots of other things I want to do first.
