Change url schema to Wootzapp:// from chrome:// #98

URL Scheme Update:

Replaced all instances of chrome:// with wootzapp:// across the web UI.
Ensured compatibility with existing functionality, including routing and resource loading.
Modified configuration files and scripts to reflect the new URL scheme.

Currently, the WootzApp URL Scheme works properly with wootzapp:// URLs for history, downloads, and bookmarks.
