If the customer makes a purchase of $10 and I reverse the charge, the refund is not made, as the fee was removed and I no longer have the balance to make the refund, now I only have $9.50.

This is correct? I have already integrated with several partners and it never occurred to me.

Yes, it is correct because the fee is related to the pix receive service. The refund in our platform is free. But, you need to have amount necessary to refund it
