tika 라이브러리를 사용해서 mimeType 확인
- image 타입이 아닐 경우, 예외 발생
캐시 1년 설정
지원하지 않는 이미지 파일 형식일 경우 예외 추가
- https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Media/Formats/Image_types 를 기준으로 이미지 확장자 형식을 설정했습니다.
