행사를 추가했다 삭제했을 때 연관된 notification 지우는 기능 추가

[ ] 행사 삭제 시, 연관된 notification 을 지우는 기능 추가

🔍 참고할만한 자료(선택)

현재는 임시로 쿼리로 쏘는 중

delete
from notification
where notification.redirect_id NOT IN (select event.id
                                   from event)
and notification.type = 'EVENT';

transaction 꼭 활용해서 정상적으로 삭제되었는지 확인하고 커밋할 것

아 맞네요 스마트폰에 온 푸시알림도 지워줘야하는군요.

그건 생각못했다. 알림보관함만 생각했어요
