colour "locking"; sometimes unable to use another colour for pen and text as well #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using tablet + pen; formulate pro: select pen tool
2. select colour (draw)
3. select different colour (colour produced is not colour selected)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: a new colour. Experiencing: colour unable to change, despite 
colour selection or repeated taps on desired pen colour.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version: 0.0.6; mac OS X 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes text colour locks as well.  Able to change when typing later.
