Installer auf GitHub hochladen #144

Als Entwickler möchte ich die neusten Installer nach erfolgreichem Build auf GitHub hochladen, um uns von Sourceforge zu trennen. Hierfür muss in GitHub Actions eine Aktion hinterlegt werden, die die Installer zu GitHub hochlädt.
