Locales: missing strings! #431

Maybe this is beause Hibari is on WIP state now, but there is few strings missing for translates.

Such like "Track The Latest Shows" (on the frontpage).

The "Track Latest Shows" section is temporary and will be componentised shortly. Wouldn't want it translated only for the English string to drastically change.

AppFooter is currently the only component/view with hard-coded strings as they're untranslatable (my username, kitsu.io domain name and the license, which are fed into the {0} sections of the translations 👍
