As the title says, the event carousels are fully functional! The only thing that isn't here is the indicators for the events carousels (needs more work + it's 11 pm I'm tired). Once indicators have been added we'll be good to go for events carousels, the only things left would be putting all the new content into the bootstrap branch + some more navbar changes.
