Changes:

Deleted the obsolete junk in the technical areas' .md files (with permission from Mr. LeBeouf).
Fixed Electricals image not loading and gave HVAC a unique image (used to have the same image as Electrical.)
Altered the shop-pages.html file to make the academy images background images. I think.

Extra Note: Something in the Gemfile.lock changed. No idea what or why, but know that it did add something new to it.

Extra EXTRA note: I have no idea what the difference is between images that are bg images and those that arent (other than that itself) especially since the images act like bg images anyway, so there's a good chance that the changed code in shop-pages.html does nothing.
