Update swagger.py #13

Edited line 165 removing fractional element from date format, which was raising an exception when calling WordsApi.getWordOfTheDay().

Glad I could participate, even if it was trivial. I just hope the change doesn't cause other problems! :-) If so, I guess we'll have to fix it.
