What's the problem?
Creators can repeatedly violate content moderation policies, and work around them, and the only consequence is that their content gets content warnings.
What's the idea?
When a creator creates a large number of projects that violate content guidelines, we should take away their right to make public projects or galleries.
Who benefits?
Anyone who would be harmed by a repeat content policy violator.
Design ideas
Add some custom claim to a user record, e.g.,
banned
, and check if banned before allowing something to be set to public. If banned, disable public switches.
