Phrase docs don't explain rich text formatting

Expected behavior

The Phrase documentation should explain how to rich text format text, like the tutorial does, but more succinctly. (And it should do so in all locales).

Actual behavior

The Phrase documentation mostly doesn't explain anything about rich text formatting. The text property, at the very least, should provide a detailed guide for all of the supported markup and examples.
