Adding a tutorial for Traditional Chinese to Wordplay #479

What's the problem?

Since the base code of adding Traditional Chinese has now been completed and the homepage has been set up, now the second part of the work needs to be worked on so that Traditional Chinese users can go through the tutorial in their native language.

What's the design idea?

The plan is to translate the English template that we already have for Wordplay into Traditional Chinese, ensuring that it is culturally appropriate.
