Add follow/unfollow site to Sites you may like list.

This issue was raised while reviewing #11343

As part of IA for reader project, we added the possibility to follow/unfollow a site directly in Reader Settings > Followed Sites.

We would like to add this possibility also in the Sites you may like list.
