Image Editor submenu is styled incorrectly in dark mode. #11653

We should utilize the system bottom bar style and not use hardcoded colors there.

The image editing experience is implemented in the native side of the app so, I'll remove the gutenberg-mobile label. Let me know if this indeed somehow related to the RN editor though @khaykov 👍.
