Description

After adding a Self-Hosted Jetpack Site and accessing the Sharing options, Clicking the “Manage” button causes the “Sharing Buttons” settings to be displayed for a brief moment until the “Sharing module disabled” error message is displayed

Expected behaviour

The Sharing Buttons settings should not be displayed.

Actual behaviour

The Sharing Buttons are displayed for a brief moment.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Install and launch WordPress 14.7
2. Login to a valid account.
3. Switch to a Self-Hosted Jetpack Site.
4. Make sure the “Sharing Jetpack” module is disabled.
5. Navigate to “Sharing”.
6. Click “Manage”.

   Tested on the following

   One Plus 6 (9.0) Samsung Galaxy S8+ (8.0)

Tested and confirmed using WPAndroid 14.7-rc-2.

To prepare:

1. Setup a self-hosted WordPress site.
2. Install and connect Jetpack.
3. Go to WP Admin > Jetpack > Settings > Sharing.
4. Find the "Sharing buttons" section.
5. Disable the option for "Add sharing buttons to your posts and pages".

To test:

1. In the WPiOS app, go to My Site and select the Jetpack site.
2. Go to Sharing > Sharing buttons > Manage.
3. Notice "Sharing buttons" settings are temporarily displayed for a few seconds before the "Sharing module disabled" notice appears.
