App Review: App crashes on Reader

The app is very slow and when I go to the reader, it crashes. There's also less block options when I make a new post. Apart from those issues, it's handy to have because I can make a quick blog post on my phone without having to go to my desk and type on my computer. It's convenient for when you want to make a blog post when you're out and about but that's all it's good for.

The best brute force troubleshooting step I can think of for this case would be to try completely clearing local storage & cache in hopes that it helps but I feel it's a long shot. 😞

Additional info that would be helpful to have if you can get it or if you are here to report another case:

• Is it possible to tell which screen in Reader the app is crashing on? (i.e. main Following list, Discover, just certain posts?)
• How many topics & sites are they following total? Go to Reader > Following > Filter to see the numbers.
• Did the device offer to send in a crash report and did the user send one? If yes, we should be able to look up the crash report by in Sentry by searching for their logged-in username from the time of the crash if you can get that.
