Reader Comments: Screen reader treats the Author information section as interactive #15698

Expected behavior

The VoiceOver should treat the author information section as read-only.

Actual behavior

As titled, the author information section is treated as interactive.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Navigate to any comment threads.
Turn on VoiceOver, and wait until the screen reader reads the author information section.
Verify that the screen reader treats the author information section as interactive.

Here's a screenshot:

Notice the part highlighted in blue. The screen reader reads the above as "Author Name, author, 2 days ago, double-tap to activate".

Tested on Samsung A52s, Android 11, WPAndroid 18.8
