[Jetpack social] Google sign-in doesn't work on WebView #18999

Expected behavior

Google sign-in works in WebView

Actual behavior

Google sign-in doesn't work in WebView

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1 - Install JP; 2 - Select site; 3 - Tap on "My Site"; 4 - Select "MENU"; 5 - Tap on "Social"; 6 - Select any social network; 7 - Tap "Connect" (or "Connect another account" in case you already have an account connected); 8 - Try to connect using Google sign-in.

Tested on 21.7 and 23.0

The workaround proposed in #19009 will not be merged now. We're going to measure the impact of the issue and consider implementing the Custom Tabs solution in the future (see https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android/pull/19009#issuecomment-1699387214).
