[Reader] "Liked" feed empty state is not displayed sometimes #20583

Expected behavior

If the user didn't like any posts and "Liked" feed is selected, the empty state should always be displayed.

Actual behavior

If the user didn't like any posts and "Liked" feed is selected, sometimes the empty state is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Tested on emulator, Android 14, JPAndroid 24.6
