Material 3: My Site Cards

This PR converts all of the My Site cards to Material 3. I considered converting the entire My Site section to M3 but that would require more changes than I would like in a single PR, so instead I'm splitting the conversion into sections.

To test:

• On My Site, select "Personalize your home tab" and make sure all cards are enabled
• View all the cards and verify there are no noticeable changes between this PR and trunk
