Support Publicize (Sharing) on posting

We should support WordPress.com's Publicize feature on new posts. (This is in addition to the site's Sharing section for managing sharing connections.)

At a minimum, this section would show users that we are sending posts to all the Publicize connections by default. Ideally, we would also allow users to enable/disable specific targets so they can choose to only share to a subset of their connections.

Calypso web also includes the option to add a custom message.

This came up again recently in an app review (version 5.6.1), where the user requested the ability to select which sharing targets were hit when the post is published:

Would however like to see the ability to disabling sharing posts to social sites from the app which is currently only available through web browser.

This feature was requested again in support. The user noted that if they create the post in the app, they have to move to a web browser to manage the publicize settings on the post before publishing.

I just got a request in 2719278-zen:

There is no option in the mobile app to change the way we publicize posts.

For example I like to add hashtags when publicizing to Twitter through my laptop but here on the mobile app there is no option for that.

I can't even tell if a post has been sent to Twitter as there is no Sharing option visible.
