Add image editing capabilities

Calypso launched image editing capabilities (crop, flip, rotate, resize) on February 17th, 2017

It'd be great to have the same functionality on mobile

We should add image filters as well - I'm pretty sure we can find an open source android library for that.

A user mentioned the lack of image editing support (in a 3-star app review):

Ich finde die App an sich nicht schlecht aber ich finde ich brauche keine App, wenn ich eh immer an den Computer muss um alles nachzuarbeiten, weil ich am Handy keine Bilder bearbeiten kann. Man kann weder die Größe verändern, noch kann man Bilder zuschneiden noch kann man sie drehen.

Translation:

I find the app itself is not bad but I find I do not need app when I always have to rework everything on the computer anyway, because I can not edit images on the cell phone. One can change neither the size nor can crop images nor can rotate.

Can't crop photos and photo-resize doesn't work. Wordpress online has both of these features.
