Missing support for svg images #8073

Expected behavior

Svg images loaded from a url are displayed.

There is an official sample for Glide.

Actual behavior

We don't support dispalying svg images. Svg images loaded from a url are not being displayed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to My Site
Plugins
Search
Type for example nutrition table
Observe icon of Nutrition Information Table Facts is not displayed. Also notice an error message in the log.

Still able to reproduce in 19.9-rc-3, by looking through plugins. Nutrition Information Table Facts and other plugins that use SVG plugin icons display a default plugin image instead.
