Post List - Open on target post sometimes doesn't work #9382

Expected behavior

If the user opens the app from a "post published/updated" notification, the app is opened on the Post List screen and the list is pre-scrolled to the published post.

Actual behavior

If the user opens the app from a "post published/updated" notification, the app is opened on the Post List screen, however if the post isn't on the first page, the scrolling doesn't work.

Here is a simple diagram of possible scenarios. The "?" step isn't correctly handled in the code.
