Media: can't create a new gallery from the media browser #71

Note from original issue: Don't keep activities was checked in the device's developer options.

With that setting enabled, I can reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a new post
  2. Select the Add Media icon
  3. Select "Create gallery"
  4. Select images for the gallery and go back

Expected: You end on the Edit Gallery screen to edit and save the gallery Result: The back arrow takes you back to the media picker, with no images selected. Going back again takes you back to the media picker with the images you selected in step 4.

Tested on Nexus 9, Android 6.0.1, alpha-4.
