Pasted text from elsewhere in the editor loses formatting #814

Pasting formatted text from one part of the editor to another loses its formatting.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a new post
  2. Enter text and add formatting (e.g. bold, italics)
  3. Select some or all of the formatted text
  4. Cut or copy the selected text
  5. Move the cursor and paste the text

Result: The pasted text has none of the formatting that the selected text had.

Tested on iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1, WPiOS 6.2.0.20160429

Also reported by a user in an app review for WPiOS 6.1.
