Consider an 'advanced' mode with extra format bar icons #821

Some format bar buttons that are available in Calypso web/WP Admin are not currently available in the iOS editor (see https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Editor-iOS/issues/11 for more details and usage stats). We could offer some of those buttons in an "advanced" format bar mode.
