Show "more" tag in the visual editor #822

Currently, more tags aren't displayed at all in the visual editor. The more button could be re-added as part of an advanced format bar (see https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Editor-iOS/issues/821) but in the meantime we can add a visual representation when the more tag is added in HTML mode.

This is what the Calypso visual editor uses:

While we're at it, it would be nice to visually represent page breaks, too. (A user mentioned this in a recent app review.) Page breaks can be added with <!--nextpage--> in the HTML editor.

This is what the Calypso visual editor uses for page breaks:
