Follow up to #827 as reported by @aforcier here. The editor is not capable of properly handling unicode character U+2028.
When testing how the Android editor handles U+2028 (it has the same issue as the iOS editor), I found that U+2029 (invisible paragraph separator) causes the same issue.
I checked and this looks like it also affects the iOS editor.
