Change password - show inline validation of password #10854

Expected behavior

Calypso does inline validation of passwords - could the iOS app match this?

app - 4

Actual behavior

Dialog which you only disappears after period of time (not dismissable manually)

app - 3

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Open up the change password screen
Enter a weak password like a word
Click Save

Tested on [device], iOS [version], WPiOS [version]

iPhone X, iOS12, WPiOS 11.6.0.20190115

This was raised again in beta testing by @sedocirp7 as an issue because the dialog stays up longer than expected:

We can have a dismiss or a close icon on this prompt as it stays there for far too long.
