Reader Discover: Topics You Might Like appears duplicated #14910

Expected behavior

The list is refreshed with new content and "Topics you might like" doesn't appear twice

Actual behavior

The "Topics you might like" card appears twice

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Run the app
  2. Tap Reader > Discover
  3. Close the app
  4. Run the app again
  5. Tap Reader > Discover
  6. Check that a "Topics you might like" it's already there
  7. When the new content appears, the card stays there

Tested on iPhone 11 Pro and simulator

Note: in WPAndroid 15.7 beta testing, I noticed “You might like” heading was repeated periodically in the Discover stream and also empty sometimes. The 2nd part was fixed upstream in r213551-wpcom. See related discussion p5T066-1vr-p2#comment-5774 (internal reference).
