No site privacy option for WordPress.com sites with plugins installed #15090

Expected behavior

The app should allow the user of an Atomic site to change the site's privacy settings, just like it's done on WordPress for Android.

Actual behavior

There's no Privacy option shown in Site settings when the site is an Atomic site.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Log in to the WordPress for iOS app
Choose an Atomic site
On the Site screen, scroll down to the CONFIGURE section and tap Settings
On the Settings screen, under the GENERAL section, notice that there is no Privacy option

Comparing WordPress for Android and WordPress for iOS shows the difference:

Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 14, WPiOS 16.0
