Add a pull-to-refresh functionality to the Reader post detail screen so that users can get the latest version of the post in case it gets updated. This also aims to achieve parity with the Android app where pull-to-refresh is possible in post details.
Furthermore, also consider whether it's worth it to check and update the post when the user taps a post from the Reader stream, in case there are newer revisions of the post.
