App should not ask for 2FA code if passkey is required #22852

Expected behavior

On WP.com accounts which require a passkey, the app should not ask for a 2FA code.

Actual behavior

The app asks for a 2FA code, which it does not accept.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Locate a WP.com account with passkeys enabled
  2. Try to log in
  3. Notice the app asks for a 2FA code (but rightly doesn't accept it)
Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 17, Jetpack iOS 24.5
