Frequent Logouts on iPad for Jetpack App

Issue:

The user reported frequent logouts from the Jetpack app on their iPad, necessitating a device restart to log back in. This problem seems specific to the iPad but has also been reported by other users on the same site. Many users who previously commented with their identities are now posting as “anonymous,” suggesting that they are unable to maintain their logins.

The user has a Contributor role on the site.

Actions Taken:

1. User reinstalled the app.
2. Requested logs.
3. Found multiple active sessions associated with their account in User Blog Report Card and logged them out.

The issue persisted but with slight improvement; the user still needs to log in daily:

The upgraded Jetpack is perhaps slightly better. Sometimes I am still logged in when I look in the morning. But I also sometimes get logged off for no apparent reason, even in the middle of an interchange of comments. It’s unreliable.
