Improve visibility of private post status #9218

This is a regression from 9.2.

In 9.2, the status of private posts was in color, making it pop: selection_001

Now it's black, like the rest of the text above it (not pictured): selection_002

The icon is also different. The old "page" didn't make sense, but the new "phone" makes even less sense. The common representation for such items is an eye with a slash through it.

Tested on WPiOS 9.7

I can confirm that the issue is still present in JP 22.4
