Notifications: "Threat found" notification should open link in Activity Log section (not Webview) #9481

Users can get notifications about "threats" that Jetpack/AL finds on their blogs. Right now the "activity log" item links to a webview, instead of AL in the app. We should change that.

Can you recommend testing steps for a good way to trigger a "threat found" notice in the Activity Log?

I... have no idea. I think it came up organically when I was working on this, but no clue how to "force" it. Perhaps JPOP folks working on Activity Log would have an idea?
