User unable to see a certain post in their posts list #9566

User reported that their iPhone mobile app is not syncing one post after the post ‘failed to publish’ on their laptop.

The post did publish, but perhaps there was some sort of authentication/browser issue on the laptop. The post is live here: https://rootlessroutes.com/2018/01/04/visit-nashville-or-not/ and shows on both mobile and laptop browsers.

The user reports that in their mobile app this particular post will not show up under Posts regardless of whether they:

Refresh Log out/in Restart phone Wifi they are on / data on

We had another report of this issue from a different user (internal ref: p4a5px-2i9-p2).

In this report, there are two posts that don't appear in the posts list, no matter what the user does. However, testing on our end shows those posts in the posts list as expected in a simulator.

The app logs don't show any obviously related errors, and there is nothing obvious about the posts that would seem to explain why they don't appear in the list. As in the report above, the posts are published correctly and appear in mobile and laptop browsers.
