SPT Api endpoint should be vertical aware #2417

Currently we know that some sites declared themselves to be in a particular vertical.

We want to display vertical specific block-layout that contain started content that is vertical specific.

@enej would this be to help customize the content of the placeholder content of our page layouts? And would this have any impact on our screenshot mechanisms?
