[Embed block] Enable the rest of the inline previews for more providers #3981

Description

Remove filtering inline preview by provider (reference #1, reference #2).
Test that all supported providers work as expected.

Caveats

The following providers are not supported on self-hosted sites:
- Giphy
- Instagram
- Educreations
- SproutVideo
- Wistia

Heads up that when all providers are enabled, we will most likely have issues with Pinterest URLs, check further info in the following issue: https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile/issues/3983
