Fix iOS integration PR: Remove `v` from the sha when config.yml is referencing a commit #198

When the WPiOS Integration PR is first created and WPiOS config.yml is referencing the Gutenberg Mobile commit, the v is retained at the beginning of the commit sha which causes it to 404:
