Added all the favicons a heart could dream of #13

I just followed the advice from this article:

In the past I've used a favicon generator, since I don't know how to automate Photoshop to generate these. This time I did it myself because reasons.

Don't ask my why these favicons are so inconsistent in stroke width, I'm not making them again!
