truncated pubkey display raises a security risk #226

we're doing the Sven...RBnz truncation for visual sanity in the changes table

and solana keygen lets me specify a prefix and a suffix - and then I wait. (and there is a POC that uses a gpu for it).

I think that given that we have copy&paste and open explorer, we should reduce the risks by:

[ ] a tooltip that shows the entire key
[ ] bring back the alias as a replacement for the address (the same one we have in the Account View)
[ ] consider solana name service as a default alias
