Add Ctrl + L shorcut #110

I come from DevHelp and I'm used to Ctrl + L giving focus to the search field on the left (it works similarly in Firefox and GNOME Files and Chrome and others). Please add this functionality.

Ctrl+L already focus the url bar when viewing web content in Biblioteca. Just like the apps you mentioned in examples.

The shortcut to focus the sear bar is Ctrl + K in Biblioteca.

Ctrl + K doesn't seem to work if you are focusing something inside the doc browser (like if you highlight some text from the docs). Is this a bug?

@alex-tee Yep this was a bug but we fixed it in https://github.com/workbenchdev/Biblioteca/pull/108. You can expect to shortcuts to work properly in the next release
