Wrong file sizes in index files for split files #11

The file size of split files stored in index files is twice the amount it should be.

Fixed in https://github.com/workflo/shaback/commit/ed63851ad58ea77d6349a7f5d4c5f396b69efc25

Backups created with Shaback prior to version 1.14 cannot be exported to .cpio if they contain split files.

Backups create with Shaback 1.14 and later will be OK since all meta data will be rewritten.
