Store all meta data in one one per backup run #21

This might be a huge time saver when it comes to garbage collection. The downside might is a less effective deduplication because meta data will be stored for each backup set independently.

@raimi For my local machine this produces 15 MB of deflated meta data per backup run. Net size of my FS is about 300 GB.
