Almost done in https://github.com/workflow4metabolomics/xcms/pull/84/commits/ac67b843b15c80e8f8ad44b2702189493d7552f0 So far, it just generate one graph for all samples as xcmsSet do with zipfile. Anyway, I will refactor all the code around TIC and BPC so I keep in mind to get one graph per sample.
